Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using Verifan, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization.

2. Proper Use

Verifan is designed to protect Telegram communities from bots. You agree not to use the platform to:

• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Spam users or harvest data for malicious purposes.
• Circumvent Telegram's own terms of service.
• Impersonate other creators or organizations.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your Verifan account and any Telegram connections you authorize. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at security@verifan.app.

4. Payments & Refunds

Verifan offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our payment partner, Dodo Payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Verifan provides bot-filtering tools 'as is.' While we strive for 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every bot will be blocked or that every fan will pass. We are not liable for any disruptions to your Telegram community.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify creators of any major changes via the email address associated with their account.
